| In an effort to cut the egotistical banter that I seem to have subconsciously made
prevalent around various places, I have retyped this particular section. Paganism is a set of shared
beliefs, in accordance with a synthesis of pre-christian traditions and revivalist ideosyncrasies.
In some ways, I take part in a few of these beliefs, which is more than I can account for in
any other religion. With this in mind, I would consider myself part-pagan, at least rooted
in some celtic ways, and an appreciator of the pagan attitudes toward life. Since it's inception,
neo-paganism has spawned a variety of different branches - druidism, wicca, and these have also
been split by the quirks of those "revivalists", aforesaid. I don't choose to associate with
any particular branch, since my beliefs aren't grounded enough to support either side - those I do
attain to are the common and sensible ones. "These eight words the Rede fulfil, an' harm ye none, do what ye will". Take it at face value, and keep your karma in check. Blessed Be. |
